Several days ago, at the 'Relentless' press conference in Los Angeles, Miguel Cotto refused to face-off against his opponent Ricardo Mayorga. So, it comes as no surprise that Cotto has elected not to face-off against Ricardo Mayorga, for the press in attendance at the weigh-in, ahead this weekend's pay-per-view event.
